Admissions Requirements:
To enroll in a bachelor’s degree program at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE), applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Complete and submit the online application form, providing detailed information about academic and extracurricular achievements, as well as personal goals and motivations.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent occupational diploma, supported by relevant academic transcripts or certificates. Applicants with significant professional experience may also be considered.
- Demonstrate English Language proficiency
Application Process:
Submission of Application:
- Applicants are required to complete an online application form
- Applicants must submit a comprehensive resume highlighting academic achievements, work experience, and extracurricular activities.
- A well-crafted cover letter should accompany the application, outlining the applicant’s aspirations, interests, and suitability for the chosen program.
- Submission of the high school diploma or equivalent qualification .
Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a personal interview conducted by members of the university’s selection committee.
Reservation Fee:
- Upon acceptance into the program, non-EU citizens are required to pay a reservation fee of €3,000 to secure their place. This fee is a one-time payment and will be deducted from the total cost of the program.
Letter of Admission:
Following the receipt of the signed enrollment contract and the reservation fee, the university will issue a formal letter of admission to the successful candidate. This letter is essential for visa application purposes.

- UE offers partial scholarships each semester, with the selection process overseen by the university.
- Various financial institutions, including reputable banks such as Deutsche Bank and KfW, offer school loans tailored to students’ needs, with flexible repayment options and competitive interest rates.
- Germany’s development bank KfW provides full-time students with access to low-interest school loans, allowing for manageable monthly payments.
- Exceptionally talented students may explore scholarship opportunities through prestigious organizations like the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes.
Tuition fees: Bachelor’s Degrees
- For EU Applicants: The standard tuition fee is €708 per month, with additional charges applicable for specialized programs such as Football Management and E-Sports.
- Non-EU Applicants: The standard tuition fee is €12,100 per year, with potential discounts available based on individual circumstances.
Tuition fees: Master’s Degrees
- EU Applicants: Monthly tuition fees range from €820 to €975, depending on the duration of the program. Early enrollment may qualify for additional savings.
- Non-EU Applicants: Annual tuition fees range from €10,938 to €13,000 for standard and fast-track programs.
*A Non-EU applicant refers to a student whose nationality does not align with a country within the EU (European Union).
